Dusk offers free of cost shipping on all orders over $150. The shipping and delivery costs are all subject to the destination of delivery and the shipping option chosen. You can also go for express shipping if you want to get hands on your order sooner.
Orders can only be canceled if they are not already shipped out. You can’t cancel your order after it leaves the warehouse. If you do not require what you have order or changed your mind then you need to return it to the store under the returns and exchange policy and before that contact the customer service otherwise the order will be send back.
The return of the products will only be acceptable by Dusk under 30 days from the days the goods were shipped to you. These returns are also acceptable if you have received an incorrect product. The returns of faulty and damaged items are also acceptable and replacement or refund will be at discretion of the store in all above mentioned cases. The return shipping cost will be borne by the store only if a wrong or faulty product was delivered to the customer. Else the return shipping is the responsibility of the customers under all circumstances.

The Lay-by period offered by Dusk is 12 weeks from the initiation while the payments will be due fortnightly. These periods can be extended with prior knowledge and consent of Store Managers. However, the extension will only be available if prior payments are made. Nevertheless, this facility is not available for online customers.
