AIYIMA A07 HiFi integrated stereo class D amplifier

300W+300W Dual Channel audio amplifier ,Mini Power Amplifier, More powerful, Sound great

Build quality is surprisingly solid,Nice touch

The dual 300W shocking bass output is compatible with passive stereo speakers of most sizes and impedance specifications

Two input ways :3.5mm AUX Audio input(Can match our T9 tube Amplifier,The T9 Power Amp as the DAC use for A07)/ RCA Audio input

Note:When using a 32V or 36V power supply, the sound quality of the A07 stereo amplifier will be better, the distortion rate will be low, and the service life will be longer, but the power can only reach the size of the voltage multiplied by the current. For example, using a 32V 5A power supply, the power can only reach Max 160W.

Therefore, please choose the speaker and power supply reasonably according to the requirements, so that the machine can achieve the best use effect.

A07 Use TPA3255 Chip, digital audio amplifier BTL bridge max power output 300W x 2 channel design,THD less than 0.008% when working continuously

Please pay attention!

Q: Why the amplifier distortion when raising volume ?

A: Under normal circumstances, distortion is caused by the mismatch between the power of the amplifier and the speaker.

Q: How to match the amplifier and speakers reasonably?

A: The best match is 1.2-1.5:1 (that is, the speaker power is 50W, then the power amplifier power is 60W-75W)

Q: The power amplifier is connected correctly, why is there noise such as electric current?

A: 1.please check whether there is current sound when no load, and whether there is no current sound when no load; 2.please replace the audio input wire and input device. Inferior audio lines can also cause noise; 3.If there is current noise at no load, you can replace the power supply to test again; 4.Power Supply & speaker power do not match with the Amplifier, will also lead to noise problems such as distortion ;5.At the same time, confirm that the surrounding current signals will not cause interference to the equipment; 6.Please make sure all the cable completely pushed into the device,incompletely connections will create distorted.At the same time, it is ensured that there is a spacing between the output positive and negative audio lines, being close together will cause noise or one of the channels will not work;

Q: Can this A07 work with headphones ?

A: This A07 does not work with headphones,3.5mm AUX interface is mainly used for audio output, it can also be used as audio input. But 3.5 mm AUX and RCA input port cannot be used as input at the same time. Please keep in mind!

Note:The use of audio electronic products is closely related to the size of the speaker and the power supply. It should be used in a reasonable combination.

Why only one channel work ? Is it defective?

Since the electronic product is not used alone, it needs to be used together with other electronic equipment such as power supply, audio source, speakers, etc., so the problem cannot be generalized to be considered as the problem of this product, and it needs to be ruled out one by one!

1.Please confirm the connect is correct before use!

2.Are the positive and negative wires connected to the speaker connected together?

A:Please separate the positive and negative wiring with an insulator, then shut down and restart to use.

3.Used with mismatched speakers, the power supply used does not have enough power to drive the speakers, or the speaker power is too large

A: Please check our detail description as below ,Our A07 with a free DC 32V power adapter,Use this power adapter, the A07 output is about 65-80W for per channel.

4.Did you replace the chip by yourself?Or the chip inside is loose ?

A: Please check it confirm no problem.

If Still have problem, please tell me replace,we'll be responsible for our AIYIMA Brand products!

Using the corresponding power supply, the output power diagram of the A07 amplifier

Therefore, it can be reasonably matched according to the ratio of 1.2-1.5 to 1 between the power amplifier and the speaker

This is the third Class D cheapy amp I've bought. The earlier 2 were the Fosi BT30E and the Sabaj A10a (1st gen). The Fosi sounded 'harsh' on some tracks I played. So I bought the MA12070 Sabaj A10a which had a warmer sound.

I'm running Elac Debut B6 (not 6.2). I also have an old Sony 12" subwoofer that I sometimes turn on. But only for booms or doof; not for normal listening/watching TV. The Elacs go deep enough for most purposes.

The earlier amps had features I thought were critical; remote control, tone/bass/EQ controls, dedicated sub out. They also had some other features I didn't really need, eg Bluetooth, sub crossover (sub can do that) etc.

But I've thrown all that out for the pure, balanced, sound quality (to my ears) of the A07. I've tested to the best of my ability using basic sound meter testing to ensure equal volumes and A/B switching. And even tried many, many permutations of settings for the Fosi and Sabaj. But no matter what settings I choose for the other amps, when I switch to the A07, which only has on/off, it sounds better to my ears.

Also, I was pleasantly surprised that the 3.5mm aux on the A07 can be used as an active sub out. I thought I'd have to daisy chain from amp to sub to speakers, but instead, I can use the much tidier amp to speakers + amp (aux) to sub.

So, the A07 is it for now. I don't need the tone/balance/EQ, and I can work around remote controls via using independent volume controls and a POOSR 4 Channel Stereo Audio Mixer.

TLDR: If you are looking at other amps around this price range, don't hesitate. Give the A07 a go.

I bought this after getting the Amiya t9, itself is amazing for the money but not quite enough oomph to bring out the best from my old Floorstanders. I've hooked up A07 to the T9s aux out so this amp is doing the heavy lifting.
I know audiophiles will hate this but it does sound pretty amazing through decent speakers..just using the cheap t9 as preamp and aO7 I can even begin to tell the difference between some flac recordings and 240Hz streams...yes that detailed...
Has been very good across most genres.....I guess the biggest challenge to it would be maybe the absolute nuance to some aspects of classical..its handling voices well ....listening to post rock as I write and it's pretty dam good. I had to deduct something as it has one flaw..slight periodic clicking when not playing music hence the less than 5 star score. I can put up with it. The unit does look small but it's PSU is external so you also have a power brick to contend with. No worries
If you need a cheap power amp that's actually not too shabby you can't go wrong....especially at this money.

Edit ; yes power brick is Aussie plug.
Got the proper t10 preamp now...great match.

either use banana plugs or 16 awg wiring, my 14 awg wiring didn't fit which is odd since it's not that thick and very common for speakers
other than that, pretty happy with overall quality and sound so far :)

If you have a Klipsch Promedia 2.1 THX Computer Speaker System, you better think about this amp! The KP 2.1 Speaker System use at least 160 watts when running with the Satellite pair of speakers. It's too much power and not efficient at all. My first impression for this AIYIMA A07 is nothing spectacular. People from review here saying that it sounds great with my Elac BS41 but not for me. Then I put a pair of Polk ES15 and it still lack of bass. Oh wait! There is a Aux Audio output I can connect to the Klipsch Promedia 2.1 subwoofer for final test (only running 20 - 30 watts to the AIYIMA A07, not 160 watt!). Boom! The musical sound comes alive with the bass and clean vocal voice all blasting at just 9 O'clock volume of loudness.

1, Elac BS41: a lot of bass with the KP subwoofer and I can play all kind of music with this set.

2, Polk ES15: Awesome sound with the mid for vocal and pop, beats the Elac BS41 for sure. But I still prefer the Elac BS41 for club music because of the awesome bass.

3, Fluance SX6: This is a great speaker only with subwoofer. The crossover from this speaker is able to separate the subwoofer bass and make it sounds very enjoyable.

Surprisingly, the Fluance SX6 is the winner for me because I hear subwoofer bass more frequently than the bookshelf speaker bass.

As you can see from the pictures, I won't run this with my Klipsch RP 160M since the amp is output about 50 rpms so why push the 100 watt speakers and try to kill the amp? It will get overheated and damage either one of it in the future (in my opinion).

Final thought, don't waste your money to get a higher volt of power supply just because of the loudness. Think about adding a subwoofer or buy a subwoofer to add additional 50 rpms or more for better sound if you can. Leave the details and clarity to the bookshelf speaker, let the subwoofer handle the bass. And the bookshelf speaker hardly produce better bass than the subwoofer! I will connect my JBL SUB 550P subwoofer and I hope it can get my Polk ES15 to produce the best sound I can. A pair of 50rpms and a 50 rpms of subwoofer is 100 Watts and better sound. No higher volt power supply need!

He intentado de 30 V a 45V.

I held-off on writing a review until I had an opportunity to spend some time listening with this amp. It’s been 2-months now and I remain shocked by its performance. I had a tube amp retailing for over $2200 CDN which had an issue with a tube. While sorting this out, I decided to buy (my wife ordered it for me) the A07 based on all of the glowing reviews (Audio Science Review, Cheapaudioman) and as a bit of fun given its small price. The bottom-line is simple: this is not just an insanely good amp for the money, it is an insanely good amp. I use it with a Musical Paradise MP-D1 Mk.3 DAC (discontinued), Audiolab 6000 CD transport and, for speakers, rotate the KEF LS50 Meta and the Lii F-15 full range driver in an open baffle (no crossover). With these set-ups I made A/B comparisons with (I won’t get into mentioning brand names and models) a 4-yr old $1,400 CDN integrated amp-dac (Class A pre-amp section, Class D power) and a out-of-the box new very popular $3,600 CDN class A/B ‘all in one amp’ that I just bought (and later returned). Based on sound alone (overall tonal quality, detail, imaging, bass control…), the MP-D1 + A07 combination was superior. After every listening session I was in disbelief…this just cannot be right! Next listening session, my doubts were re-extinguished and I was rendered amazed. Unlike cheap class D amps that I have heard, I would describe the A07 on the warm side of neutral and vocals were incredibly well produced with no harshness. This is with the stock NE5532 op amp. I have no idea if op amp rolling would pay-off, but I plan on trying a few. As it stands, the A07 is now my main amp. I was also surprised by how it handles the fairly hard to drive LS50 meta…no issues at all. The claimed power rating of 300 W (or whatever is it) is just plain silly. I agree with ASR review of the A07: we’re talking around 60 – 70 watts/ch of clean power. Not surprisingly, at this silly price, there are some downsides. One, the speaker binding post layout is cramped making connections with some types of cables challenging. Two, the grounding circuitry is not great. You can hear hum from the speakers when not playing music (not audible when you are) which I suspect is a grounding issue as if you touch the amp case, the level of the hum drops dramatically. But apart from these issues, the unit is very solid and runs cool. The future of audio looks bright for consumers as these new generations of Class D amplifiers (the A07 uses the Texas Instruments TPA 3255) are inexpensive (compared to quality tube amps and proper class A) and truly sound great.

Reviewed in the United States on 15 March 2024

This little class D amp can be tweaked for around $150 to be the equal of any $1,500 amp I have ever heard. There is a moderate level of difficulty to these changes, and you need to know how to solder and work on a printed circuit board without damaging it. First, you will need to change out the op amp to something like an OPA 2134. This $15 op amp change will greatly improve the musical performance--leaps and bounds for clarity, soundstage, and crisp nuanced tonal clarity. Be careful--OpAmp pins are delicate and once bent can be tricky to straighten for insertion. Then change out the four 1uf capacitors to Vishay or Russian paper in oil units. Even 1uf WIMA capacitors will be a good improvement. Make sure you install capacitors of sufficient voltage. Then to go to an amazing sound clarity level If you want to actually exceed a $1,500 amp, then you will need to purchase the $60 Douk Chinese direct heated tube preamp to connect to this amp. This preamp is sensitive to microphonics so be prepared for that. You will want to switch over to two direct heated Russian tubes and switch the 4 one microfarad capacitors similar to the suggestion for the Aiyima a07 mentioned above. This ends up providing high flying audiophile sound the likes of which few will ever experience. I just did these alterations and I have built many. many tubes amps but have never heard anything like this sound for clarity, low distortion, and definition among the timbres of a wide variety of musical instruments.
